Xiaomi has unveiled the Mijia Pocket Photo Printer Pro, a compact and lightweight device designed for high-quality printing on the go. Whether you’re traveling, on a business trip, or attending social events, this portable printer offers a convenient solution for instant, vivid printouts.
Revolutionary Printing Technology
The Mijia Pocket Photo Printer Pro utilizes thermal sublimation technology, delivering high-resolution prints that resist fading, outperforming traditional inkjet methods. It supports JPG and PNG files with a resolution of up to 313×313 dpi. The printer also offers an extensive color range and 256 gray levels, ensuring smooth gradients and rich, detailed images. Moreover, the prints are laminated for added protection against scratches, moisture, and fading.
Efficient and User-Friendly Design
Designed to use 2×3 inch (50×76 mm) photo paper, the printer can produce a single photo in about one minute. Its tray holds up to 10 sheets of standard photo paper or five sheets with adhesive backing. The Mi Home app enhances the experience, allowing users to add AR clips up to 15 seconds long or voice messages to photos, viewable through the app’s scanner. Personalization features such as decorative frames, watermarks, and templates are also available.
Seamless Connectivity
Compatible with Android 8.0+ and iOS 13.0+, the printer connects via Bluetooth 5.2. It supports simultaneous connections from up to three users through their Mi Home accounts.
Launch Details
Powered by an 880mAh lithium-ion battery, the device measures 142.5 × 86.8 × 26.8 mm and weighs approximately 308 grams. The Mijia Pocket Photo Printer Pro will be available from June 16 at 599 yuan (around $83).
