ZTE, judging by a fresh leak, is set to expand its Blade lineup with a new model, the V80 Vita – and externally, it significantly resembles the iPhone 17 Pro. The well-known insider Evan Blass has published renders of the smartphone, which show a massive main camera block, clearly influenced by Apple’s new design.
The Blade V80 Vita will feature a triple camera, a flash in the upper right corner of the module, and a red decorative element with the inscription Neo, located where the iPhone 17 Pro’s LiDAR would be. Also visible on the body is a red power button – a signature accent of the series. The front is equipped with a flat display with a noticeable frame and an enlarged bottom “chin.” The front camera is positioned in a circular cutout.
The smartphone will retain the 3.5 mm headphone jack. Other technical specifications have yet to be disclosed.
While ZTE maintains the classic 3.5 mm headphone jack, a feature increasingly rare in flagship smartphones, it aligns with consumer interest in versatile audio options. This contrasts with the iPhone 17 Pro, which, focusing on wireless technology advancements, lacks this port.
The V80 Vita’s release is anticipated to further diversify ZTE’s offerings, appealing to users seeking both traditional and contemporary tech features. Meanwhile, Apple’s iPhone series continues its trajectory of innovation, with future models expected to push boundaries in performance and connectivity.
