Xiaomi is demonstrating the durability of its Redmi Note 15 smartphones, promoted under the slogan Titan tough. To highlight this, Xiaomi will launch a live stream showcasing the strength tests of the new model.
The live stream is set for January 10 at 11:00 AM Moscow time and will be broadcast from the Titan Lab. Confirmed tests include drop tests mimicking pendulum movements, contrasting the usual perpendicular drop methods. Additional tests are also expected. According to the Xiaomi website, the Redmi Note 15 is constructed using the rugged Redmi Titan design and meets SGS Premium Performance certification standards, including withstanding drops from 2.5 meters (0.0016 miles). Furthermore, it boasts protection levels of IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K.
Recent developments reveal that Xiaomi continues to enhance its materials and design, keeping pace with competitors like Samsung and Apple. The IP ratings ensure significant water and dust resistance, a feature avidly marketed against the usual wear and tear of daily use.
