Xiaomi’s New Mijia Refrigerator Aims to Chill the Competition with Smart Features

In an expansion of its home appliance lineup, Xiaomi has introduced the Mijia Refrigerator 430L French Door in China. A noteworthy feature of this model is its slim design with a depth of only 60 cm, allowing it to blend seamlessly into kitchen cabinetry. Despite its compact form, the refrigerator occupies just 0.45 square meters of floor space.

The internal space is organized as follows: Refrigeration compartment: 251 liters, Freezer compartment: 154 liters (capable of freezing 6.5 kg within 12 hours), Variable temperature zone: 25 liters (temperature can be set between -1°C to 5°C). This flexibility allows users to customize storage according to their needs, highlighting the appliance’s adaptability.

The refrigerator is equipped with an inverter compressor and a fan, ensuring high energy efficiency with a daily consumption of only 0.82 kWh and a low noise level of 35 dB. A silver ion module eliminates 99.99% of bacteria, maintaining food hygiene to a superior standard.

The HyperConnect technology supports integration into a smart home ecosystem, allowing users to remotely control temperature, switch modes, and track food storage through a smartphone app. This connectivity positions the Mijia Refrigerator as a competitive choice in the growing smart appliance market.
