Voyah has unveiled the flagship crossover Taishan, marking a historic achievement as the first Chinese series-produced car with a three-chamber air suspension and one of the first globally to integrate Huawei’s latest Qiankun ADS 4 autonomous driving suite featuring four LiDAR sensors. The powertrain relies on a plug-in hybrid system: a 1.5-liter engine (110 kW) works alongside two electric motors delivering 150 and 230 kW, all configured on an 800-volt architecture. The 65 kWh battery ensures up to 350 km (217 miles) of all-electric range under the CLTC cycle, with a total range exceeding 1400 km (870 miles). Fast charging restores the battery from 20% to 80% in just 12 minutes at a peak power of 320 kW.

The SUV measures 5230 x 2025 x 1817 mm, with a wheelbase of 3120 mm. The chassis features a double-wishbone front suspension, a multi-link rear, torque vectoring, rear-wheel steering with a 16° turn, and EDC Magic Carpet air suspension providing millisecond damping adjustments.

The ADS 4 sensor suite includes 4 LiDARs, 5 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic sensors, 11 cameras, and over 30 additional sensors, all coordinated by a computing system delivering over 1000 TOPS.

Inside, it boasts a 55-inch AR-HUD and a 21.4-inch ceiling screen, along with a 32-speaker audio system providing 2300 watts. Cloud Comfort seats come equipped with 66 sensors and a 26-point massage feature.
