The base version with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB of flash storage is priced at 215 dollars, while the versions with 8 GB + 512 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB both cost 255 dollars. The device is equipped with a 4-nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 platform featuring an octa-core processor, an Adreno 613 graphics accelerator, and an integrated 5G X61 modem.
The phone boasts a large 7200 mAh battery supporting 44W fast charging and a 6.68-inch LCD screen with 1520 x 720 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. On the front panel, there is a 5-megapixel camera, while the rear houses a triple main camera with a 50 MP main module. The device supports NFC and USB-C, with dimensions of 166.64 x 78.43 x 8.39 mm and weighing 219 g. Vivo Y500i is available in four colors: Obsidian Black, Galaxy Silver, Lucky Red, and Phoenix Gold.
