The company Thunderobot is preparing to announce the ZERO Air laptop, which will stand out due to its slim body, light weight, and powerful platform. However, what exact platform will be used remains unclear; the power here is indicated in the literal sense: the manufacturer talks about 160 watts. It is known, though, that it will feature a Core Ultra 300 processor, but the 160 watts of power will obviously also be provided by a discrete graphics card.
This power will be encased in a thin body (as can be seen in the photo) with a weight of just 1.58 kg. Judging by the images, the laptop is equipped with a sizeable screen. Other data is not yet available, but the announcement will take place at CES 2026.
The Core Ultra 300, expected to be the brain of the ZERO Air, is part of Intel’s latest line-up, designed to handle demanding tasks with efficiency. Pairing this with a high-performance discrete GPU, perhaps from NVIDIA’s recent RTX 4000 series, could easily account for the hefty 160-watt power budget. This combination suggests a focus on both gaming and professional use, offering a balance of performance and portability rarely seen in laptops under 1.6 kg.
