Thunderobot Challenges Asus in the Mini-PC Arena

In November 2025, Thunderobot launched its new mini-PC for gamers, the Mix G2, in China, distinguished by its high performance and the most powerful Nvidia graphics card in a compact form factor. Now, this compact gaming system is entering the global market to compete with the latest Asus ROG NUC 2025 model. Thunderobot will release the PC alongside the Zero Air gaming laptop.

According to available information, the Mix G2 is a miniature system aimed at both gamers and content creators. It combines the power of a high-performance desktop computer in a case with a volume of only 3.2 liters.

The interior features the latest Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor, offering 24 cores and 24 threads with a maximum clock speed of 5.4 GHz. It delivers 36 TOPS in AI computing due to its NPU. Paired with this, you get the latest and most powerful Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics processor with 24 GB of GDDR7 memory, Blackwell architecture, 10,496 CUDA cores, and a performance of 1824 TOPS in AI mode.

The Thunderobot Mix G2 is anticipated to showcase at the upcoming CES 2026, starting on January 6. As mini-PC offerings expand, Asus’s ROG NUC 2025 also seeks attention with its own unique specifications, potentially focusing on advanced thermal design and connectivity arsenals.

As both these systems gear up for global attention, the consumer market is keenly anticipating the advanced graphics capabilities and compact form factors promised by these configurations, which are likely to set a new benchmark in gaming performance.
