The Tecno company has unveiled the Spark Go 3 smartphone priced at just $100. The new device doesn’t particularly stand out, but for its $100 price tag, it offers quite decent parameters. The core of the device is based on the Unisoc T7250/T615 SoC, which scores around 300,000 points in AnTuTu.
With 4GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of flash memory, the Tecno Spark Go 3 stands as a surprising contender in its price range.
The screen, with a diagonal of 6.75 inches, although characterized by an HD+ resolution, supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which is quite remarkable for budget smartphones. The 5000 mAh battery capacity today seems somewhat insufficient, as does the 15W charging power. However, these specifications remain reasonable for $100.
Unexpectedly, for such a price, it is surprising to see the smartphone offering IP64 protection, and moreover, Tecno claims the device can withstand drops from a height of up to 1.2 meters.
Additionally, the phone is equipped with a single 13 MP camera, an infrared port, and runs on Android 15. Despite its modest features, the inclusion of Android 15 ensures accessibility to the latest app versions and updates. These capabilities position the Tecno Spark Go 3 as an attractive option amid rising competition in the budget smartphone segment.
