Samsung Dabbles with Hybrid Screens: Is It a Monitor or a TV?

Samsung has unveiled what might either be a massive monitor or a moderately sized television, but is definitely geared for gaming. The OLED S95H model is equipped with a 48-inch panel, strategically positioned between classes. Samsung refers to the new product specifically as a monitor; however, other sources label it as a TV. In any case, it is primarily a screen intended for PCs.

The description of the novelty mentions anti-glare coating, a refresh rate of 165 Hz, some AI gaming-oriented features, and it is also the brightest 48-inch OLED screen on the market, although such models are relatively scarce. Further details are currently unavailable, but it is likely that the device will be showcased at CES 2026 in the coming days.
