Xiaomi has released the official price list for spare parts for its new smartphone – the Redmi Turbo 5 Max.
The most expensive component, excluding the motherboard with integrated memory, is traditionally the display. Replacing the 6.83-inch panel with a resolution of 1.5K will cost the owner 560 yuan ($80). Meanwhile, replacing the 9000 mAh battery costs only 199 yuan (approximately $30). The motherboard in the top configuration (16/512 GB) is priced at 2350 yuan ($340), which even exceeds the initial cost of the entire smartphone (2199 yuan – $320). Other components range from 15 yuan ($2) for a speaker to 85 yuan ($12) for the rear cover and main camera module.
Notably, the Redmi Turbo 5 Max is the first smartphone in the world powered by the SoC Dimensity 9500s, with its standout feature being the battery. The Dimensity 9500s, built on a 4nm architecture, offers enhanced energy efficiency and supports 5G connectivity, positioning the device as a future-ready option in terms of connectivity and performance.
The smartphone has already become a hit in China, reflecting its competitive edge in combining a robust design with high-level performance.
