Redmi Note 15 Pro+, introduced a few months ago in China, made its international debut today. Earlier it was assumed that sales would commence today as well, but no: pre-orders in Europe will start on January 5, 2026. However, prices have been announced: 8/256 GB – 500 EUR ($548), 12/512 GB – 550 EUR ($603).

The global version differs significantly from the Chinese one. The main change is in the camera: instead of the 50-megapixel main module of the Chinese model, the international variant has received a 200-megapixel camera with a Samsung sensor. However, the telephoto camera with a 50-megapixel sensor is not present, but the module with an ultra-wide-angle lens and an 8-megapixel sensor remains.

There are also differences in the power subsystem. The Chinese Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is equipped with a 7000 mAh battery and supports 90-watt charging, while the international version has a 6500 mAh battery with 100-watt fast charging and 22.5-watt reverse wired charging. Moreover, the global version with a smaller battery turned out to be thicker than the Chinese one.

The global Redmi Note 15 Pro+ features an AMOLED display with a diagonal of 6.83 inches, a frame rate of 120 Hz, and a peak brightness of 3200 nits, but the resolution is slightly different – 2772×1280 for the international version against 2772×1220 for the Chinese one. The display protection also varies: the global model uses Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, while the Chinese version uses Dragon Crystal Glass.
The smartphone is built on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera and NFC. It also includes an under-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, eSIM and IP69K protection, Xiaomi Offline Communication (“voice calls over kilometers” without network coverage), and a Xiaomi Surge T1S Tuner module for enhanced connection quality (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and mobile networks).
