Realme is set to unveil a new smartphone in its P series later this month. The initial teaser caused some confusion, hinting at a phone with a powerful battery, leading many to believe it might belong to the upcoming P5 series. However, these speculations have now been put to rest. Francis Wong, Realme’s Head of Product Marketing, confirmed in his post on X that the device will be part of the existing P4 lineup and will officially be called Realme P4 Power.
Speculated to be the same device with the model number RMX5107 that previously appeared in the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification database, Realme P4 Power promises impressive features.
One of the standout features of Realme P4 Power is its battery. Although Realme has not confirmed its capacity, reports suggest the phone will be equipped with a 10,000 mAh battery, comparable to that of an external power bank. Even when discharged to 3%, the device reportedly provides about two hours of operation. Realme also claims that the phone can comfortably last no less than 1.5 days under normal use, despite its weight of about 218 grams.
Additional features related to charging and performance have also been introduced. Realme P4 Power will support 27W reverse charging, allowing other devices to be charged.
Realme also promises stable gaming performance, steady frame rates, and efficient temperature control, even when the battery level drops to about 10%, indicating minimal overheating or performance degradation. These features position the P4 Power as a notable contender in the smartphone market, potentially impacting consumer expectations and manufacturer strategies regarding battery life.
