Realme P4 Power Unveiled: A Battery Beast with Competitive Edge

Realme has officially unveiled its latest smartphone, the Realme P4 Power, making it the brand’s first device to feature a silicon-carbon battery with a capacity of 10,001 mAh. The manufacturer claims that even after 8 years of use (with a lifespan of 1,650 charge cycles), the battery will retain at least 80% of its capacity.

The smartphone can stream YouTube videos for over 32 hours on a single charge and offers up to 12 hours of continuous gaming. Even with just 5% of battery remaining, users can enjoy nearly 4 hours of talk time. The maximum wired charging power is 80W, with support for reverse wired charging at 27W. Remarkably, despite having such a large battery capacity, the device’s thickness remains relatively modest at 9.08 mm, and it weighs 219 g.

The Realme P4 Power is dust and water-resistant, conforming to the IP69 rating. The device is equipped with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display featuring a 144 Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 6,500 nits. Under the hood, it runs on the Dimensity 7400 Ultra SoC. The main camera setup includes sensors with resolutions of 50 MP (Sony IMX 882) and 8 MP.

The smartphone operates on Android 16 with the Realme UI 7.0 interface. It promises 4 years of software support, including three major Android updates. This release aligns with the growing trend of introducing enduring software lifespan and robust hardware capabilities just like its competitors in the market, such as prolonged battery life and enhanced display features.
