Realme GT8 Pro European Pricing Raises Eyebrows Amid Tech-Savvy Features

The French outlet Dealabs has revealed the European prices for the Realme GT8 Pro smartphone. This new model, which made its debut in China on October 21, was initially priced for the base version (12/256 GB) at $560. However, in Europe, the cost sees a significant increase-almost doubling.

The base version of Realme GT8 Pro in Europe, with similar memory capacity, is slated to carry a price tag of 1100 euros. The 16/512 GB variant is priced at 1200 euros, while the special Aston Martin Racing Green edition with identical storage will cost 1300 euros. In contrast, the top-tier Realme GT8 Pro featuring 16 GB RAM and 1 TB of internal storage retails for only $730 in China.

The Realme GT8 Pro is equipped with a 2K display, boasting an impressive 144 Hz refresh rate. It features a cutting-edge camera setup with 200 MP and 50 MP sensors, offering 6x lossless zoom. The device is powered by a 7000 mAh battery, supporting 120-watt wired charging and 50-watt wireless charging, and is accredited with IP69 protection. At its core, the hardware platform is based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.
