Razer’s New Gaming Marvel and its Limitations: Wolverine V3 Bluetooth Unleashed

Razer has unveiled its latest gaming controller, the Wolverine V3 Bluetooth, heralded as the fastest wireless gamepad available on the market today. This new entrant to the Wolverine series connects to PCs, consoles, or televisions through Bluetooth, promising remarkably low latency. The company boasts a mere 3ms response time, impressive when compared to the Xbox controller’s 12-13ms and the PS5 DualSense’s 9-14ms measurements.

Notably, these exceptional figures are achievable solely with certain LG smart TVs. Razer developed the controller with LG’s assistance, enabling these optimized conditions, especially for cloud gaming via GeForce Now. Moreover, it serves as a TV remote control, offering added convenience.

In addition to this launch, Razer has also introduced the Project Motoko headphones. These innovative headphones are equipped with cameras, a Snapdragon chip, and an integrated local AI assistant. Although further specifics are yet to be disclosed, the design closely mirrors that of the Wolverine V3 Pro model, which is versatile, compatible with both Xbox and PCs, and priced steeply at 220 EUR ($238).
