Insider Sudhanshu Ambhore has unveiled the specifications of the Poco M8 Pro ahead of its January debut. The new model is built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 platform, running Android 15 with the HyperOS 2 interface.
The Poco M8 Pro boasts a quad-curved AMOLED display measuring 6.83 inches, with a 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, safeguarded by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The battery capacity is a substantial 6500 mAh, supported by 100W fast charging technology.
The front camera is a 32-megapixel unit, while the rear setup includes sensors with a resolution of 50 MP and 8 MP. The 8 MP sensor is housed within a module featuring an ultra-wide-angle lens, with no telephoto module present.
The device integrates an optical under-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 5, and an IR blaster, and it promises IP68 water and dust resistance. Its dimensions are 162.5 x 74.7 x 7.9 mm, weighing in at 207 grams.
As of now, the price of the Poco M8 Pro remains unannounced. Sudhanshu Ambhore has previously shared detailed insights about devices such as Nokia 1.4, Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite, Realme 7, and Realme 7 Pro and many other mobile innovations prior to their official announcements. Additionally, the insider unveiled specifications and renders for a junior model in the lineup – the Poco M8.
