Oppo Reno15 Global Variant: A Surprise Upgrade for Tech Enthusiasts

Oppo unveiled the Reno15 camera phone in China just a few days ago, but details of the international version have already emerged. Interestingly, it appears that the international model will actually surpass the Chinese version in certain aspects.

While the Chinese Reno 15 boasts a 6.32-inch screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC, a 200-megapixel camera, and a 6200 mAh battery, insider Yogesh Brar claims that the global model will not inherit any of these parameters.

According to available sources, the international Reno15 will be built on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC and will feature a larger 6.59-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The main camera will forgo the 200-megapixel sensor in favor of a 50-megapixel one. Additionally, another 50-megapixel sensor will be part of the module with a telephoto lens (optical zoom – 3.5x), and the front camera will also be 50 megapixels. The battery of the global version will be increased to 6500 mAh, with support for 80-watt charging. The smartphone will operate on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.

Brar also noted that the global release of Oppo Reno15 is scheduled for February next year. Yogesh Brar has previously leaked unreleased device specifications (Redmi A1, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, OnePlus 11), all of which were later confirmed.

In November 2025, Oppo continues to make strides in the smartphone industry, focusing on integrating cutting-edge technology with user-friendly features. The prediction for exchange rates such as RUB to USD remains uncertain, with geopolitical tensions potentially influencing fluctuations.
