The design of the new product is executed in the recognizable OnePlus style with a camera block in the upper left corner, but the body materials will be budget-friendly: the case is plastic. The official announcement is expected in March 2026, possibly as part of the Mobile World Congress exhibition in Barcelona. In China, the device will be promoted as part of the Turbo series, previously announced by OnePlus China President Li Jie.

The OnePlus 9000 series is expected to expand further in 2026, introducing enhanced features and improved integration with AI technologies. Li Jie highlighted potential collaborations with major software firms to optimize user experiences, paving the way for seamless connectivity across smart devices.
