Noctua has officially confirmed that their CPU coolers, which support the LGA-1700 and LGA-1851 sockets, will also be compatible with Intel’s new socket.

Looking ahead, Intel’s Nova Lake processors, slated for release in about a year, promise a truly novel architecture, making the transition to a new socket worthwhile. Noctua assures that their existing coolers for current Intel platforms will also fit the LGA-1954 socket.
Intel is contemplating the release of Nova Lake processors featuring 52 cores and 288 MB of cache in their bLLC structure. However, this cache volume is aggregated across two chiplets.

Given Noctua’s price range, many users will be pleased that switching sockets doesn’t necessitate a new cooler.
