Motorola and FIFA: A Stylish Collaboration for the 2026 World Cup

It is not uncommon for smartphone manufacturers to team up with car brands to release a special version of their device. Motorola has taken a different path, partnering with FIFA to launch a unique device. The decision was made to brand the foldable Razr. The company does not specify the model, but it appears to be the Razr 60. The device is designed in a green style, presumably symbolizing a football field, and also features the logo of the 2026 World Cup. Photo X (Evan Blass)

The upcoming FIFA World Cup will take place next summer, hosted across three countries: the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Insider Evan Blass, who released the render, claims that Motorola will raffle five FIFA Edition smartphones during CES 2026 as part of a lottery with prizes worth over $50,000, including trips to the FIFA World Cup 2026.

As preparations for the World Cup advance, FIFA has confirmed plans to integrate advanced technology throughout the event, potentially enhancing fan experiences and operational efficiency. While it’s not directly linked to Motorola’s endeavor, this technological push across FIFA’s operations underscores the ever-closer relationship between sports and tech industries. Moreover, there are expectations that device prices might reflect adjustments in currency valuation, especially amid global economic shifts.
