Motorola has unveiled the Moto G Power (2026) smartphone. Despite the Power series name, the line has never been known for true battery powerhouses. Unfortunately, even with the advancement of new batteries, this model follows the same trajectory. The new model features a 5200mAh battery compared to its predecessor’s 5000mAh.
The platform remains the exact same as last year. The Dimensity 6300, which supports 5G, represents the lower end of the market for such SoCs.
The screen, at least on paper, has not changed either: a 6.8-inch IPS panel with Full HD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone also offers 8 GB of RAM, a 50-megapixel camera, 30-watt fast charging, IP69 and MIL-STD-810H protection, and costs $300.
It’s unclear what differentiates it from last year’s model, aside from the slight battery increase.
