Li Auto L9 Livis: Redefining the Future with Cutting-Edge Tech and Market Innovation

Li Auto’s CEO, Li Xiang, has officially unveiled the new flagship crossover, the Li Auto L9 Livis. Remarkably, this new model is set to hit the market only in the second quarter of the current year. Despite this, technical details, high-quality images, and pricing information are already available. The Li Auto L9 Livis comes with a price tag of 559,800 yuan, which is approximately $80,000 or about $80,000.

Li Auto L9 Livis boasts three fundamental technological innovations. Firstly, it will be the first vehicle in its price segment equipped with an 800-volt fully active suspension. This system provides over 10,000 newtons of lift force per wheel and responds instantly to uneven surfaces. The absence of traditional anti-roll bars contributes to “anti-physical” body stability during turns.

Secondly, the Li Auto L9 Livis will feature an innovative chassis: steer-by-wire technology, rear-wheel steering, and the world’s first fully electro-mechanical braking system (EMB).

Thirdly, the vehicle will house “the world’s most powerful digital brain” using two 5-nanometer Mach 100 SoCs developed in-house, delivering 2,560 TOPS, which surpasses the Nvidia Thor-U platform by three times.

Visually, the Li Auto L9 Livis stands out with its exclusive two-tone body paint. Li Xiang emphasized that while the first generation L9 led the market with its “fridge and sofa,” the new Livis becomes a vehicle with “its own life force,” truly understanding its owner.

The introduction of the Li Auto L9 Livis underscores a rapidly evolving market landscape, with early 2026 seeing significant competitive shifts. The innovative technological features, especially the 800-volt architecture and advanced digital processing capabilities, position it as a game-changer. This model’s emergence is not only setting new benchmarks but is also sparking broader trends in automotive design and consumer expectations.
