The laptop will weigh 1.17 kg with a thickness of 13.9 mm and is claimed to last up to 29 hours on a single charge. The device will feature a 2.8K OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and brightness up to 1100 nits, supporting up to 32 GB LPDDR5X RAM and SSD storage up to 2 TB. The starting price will be $950, with sales expected in the second quarter of 2026.

Ranking below in the hierarchy is the IdeaPad 5x 2-in-1, which runs on the Snapdragon X2 Plus with a 14-inch WUXGA OLED screen, Lenovo Pen Gen 2 stylus support, and a 60 Wh battery. The IdeaPad Slim 5x models also utilize the Snapdragon X2 Plus: the 13-inch version focuses on portability, while the 15-inch version offers a 2.5K OLED display with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a 70 Wh battery. Both laptops will be equipped with Wi-Fi 7, IR cameras, and a modern set of ports, with the higher-end version starting at $900.
