A new laser television, JMGO O3 Ultra 4K Ultra HD, featuring an ultra-short throw and up to a 100-inch diagonal, has been introduced for sale in China at an initial price of $1400 (approximately €1265). This model boasts a super short projection ratio of 0.177:1 and is marketed as the ‘laser TV with the smallest main unit’.
It supports automatic screen alignment, real-time trapezoidal distortion correction, and smooth real-time focus. The package comes with a remote control that allows users to point, drag objects, touch the screen, and perform other operations akin to using a smartphone.
Technological Marvel: Display and Sound
The JMGO O3 is equipped with a brand new MALC three-color laser and a 472TP DMD display chip, which supports over 1.07 billion colors. It achieves 110% of the BT.2020 color space, capability for 3D video playback, and dual-channel Dolby HiFi surround sound.
Performance Excellence
This laser TV is the first to simultaneously use the new flagship MediaTek MT9681 chip. Compared to the previous generation, CPU performance has improved by 168%, GPU performance by 218%, and NPU performance by 153%.
The device supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) at 240Hz and ultra-low latency of 1 ms. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage.
