Jetour has announced that the updated Jetour Traveler 2026 and its hybrid version, Traveler 2026 C-DM, will be officially unveiled tomorrow, November 17. The SUV, undergoing its annual refresh, boasts selective enhancements. The engine lineup includes gasoline-powered versions with 1.5-liter and 2.0-liter turbo engines, alongside a plug-in hybrid system based on a 1.5-liter turbo engine.
The design of the vehicle remains unchanged, yet the main interior innovation is a media system with a 15.6-inch display, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8155 SoC. Other features include a 360-degree camera system, a fully digital instrument panel with a 10.25-inch screen, and dual-zone climate control.
According to data from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the model will be offered with two LFP battery options – with capacities of 43.244 kWh and 26.7 kWh. The electric-only range will be 162 km (about 101 miles) and 100 km (about 62 miles), respectively.
The introduction of these battery advancements is crucial as the automotive industry pivots towards sustainable energy solutions. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 SoC enhances processing power, offering quicker response times and supporting more sophisticated in-car technologies. As electric vehicles gain momentum, these tech innovations will likely position Jetour competitively within the rapidly evolving market, appealing to tech-savvy consumers eager for the latest in automotive technology.
