HyperOS 3 Surfaces Quietly on More Xiaomi Devices Amid Global Rollout

Global launch of the final version of HyperOS 3 on Android 16 accelerates. After updating several flagship and mid-range models earlier this month, the final version of the firmware quietly became available for four more popular devices.

The update reached the Poco F7 Pro, Poco F7, Poco M6, and Redmi 13. Distribution occurs in waves, so the software will not be available in all countries immediately. The release of the final HyperOS 3 for the F7 series is natural – the Chinese counterparts Redmi K80 and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro have already received the corresponding update. HyperOS 3 is one of the most significant Xiaomi updates in recent years. In addition to improved performance, the firmware received a new visual style, the HyperIsland feature (similar to Apple Dynamic Island), updated lock screen options, an advanced gallery editor, and deeper integration with Google Gemini AI.

Xiaomi’s focus on integrating innovative features aligns with industry trends towards more personalized and efficient user experiences. With HyperOS 3, users can expect smoother multitasking and a visually refreshed user interface designed to compete closely with Apple and Samsung’s latest offerings. In particular, the inclusion of HyperIsland is a strategic move to enhance design appeal and functionality, appealing to users familiar with similar features on iOS.

These updates come at a crucial time for Xiaomi as global smartphone demand continues to grow. The rollouts demonstrate the company’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technology and user satisfaction. Advanced features like deep Google Gemini AI integration position Xiaomi competitively, promising enhanced interaction and predictive user insights.
