The cases incorporate an integrated system of ultra-thin tubes and a micropump to enhance smartphone cooling efficiency. Similar technology was previously seen inside Nubia’s Red Magic 11 Pro+, but it’s now implemented externally in a case.

The transparent area on the back of the case showcases the cooling system in action, making it not only functional but also a visual treat. These innovative cases are available for the Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, and Mate 80 Pro Max, priced at just $42. While Huawei hasn’t disclosed exactly how much these cases reduce smartphone temperature, early tests and first impressions on the internet are expected to shed light on their effectiveness soon.

The innovation in Huawei’s case design reflects a growing trend in the smartphone industry to incorporate advanced cooling technologies. With smartphones becoming more powerful, the demand for effective cooling solutions has increased. Early user reviews suggest a positive reception toward these new cases, with some users praising their ability to maintain stable device performance during intensive use.

Adding to the excitement, experts in technology forums are debating the potential impacts of this technology on mobile accessories. It represents a significant step forward, not just in enhancing device longevity but also in setting a new standard for what users can expect from smartphone cases in terms of both innovation and design aesthetics.
