Huawei’s Global Push: New MatePad 11.5 S 2026 Challenges Conventional Tablets

Following the launch of other Huawei devices on the global market, the MatePad 11.5 S 2026 tablet is now available. The base version is priced at 480 EUR ($510), while the PaperMatte Edition with a special screen coating is available for 530 EUR ($562). The MatePad 11.5 S 2026 is a relatively large tablet featuring an 11.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2800 x 1840 pixels and support for a 144 Hz refresh rate. It runs on the HarmonyOS 4.3.

The dimensions of the tablet are 177 x 261 x 6.1 mm (6.97 x 10.28 x 0.24 inches), and it weighs 515 g (1.14 pounds).

It offers 12/256 GB or 12/512 GB of memory, though Huawei has not specified the platform. However, since transitioning to their proprietary Kirin solutions, this isn’t the first instance of this strategy.

The tablet also features a 13-megapixel camera, an 8800 mAh battery, four speakers, and a USB-C 3.0 port. It supports stylus input and is available in gray and mint green colors.
