Huawei Mate X7: A Step Forward in Foldable Technology

Pre-orders for the foldable Huawei Mate X7 have begun in China. The Huawei Mate X7 is available in five colors: Obsidian Black, Cloud Blue, Cloud White, Cosmic Red, and Phantom Purple. The smartphone is offered in four configurations: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, Collector’s Edition 16GB + 512GB, and Collector’s Edition 16GB + 1TB.

Huawei’s flagship foldable smartphone, the Mate X7, running HarmonyOS, is equipped with an updated “ultra-reliable Xuanwu folding architecture.” The Collector’s Edition employs second-generation Xuanwu tempered glass for the external screen, while other versions utilize second-generation Kunlun glass. The new phone complies with IP58 and IP59 protection classes. The Huawei Mate X7 is powered by the Kirin 9030 single-chip system. Its main camera setup includes a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main camera featuring a variable aperture and a periscope lens.
