President of Sales at Honor, Wan Ban, announced that the latest flagship, Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design, has set a historical record in revenue, surpassing all previous models in the Porsche Design series. It appears this refers to the first day of sales. Another triumph was the Honor Magic 8 Pro Air: according to the company’s top manager, this model outperformed iPhone Air sales on its first day.
Recalling, the sales of Honor Magic 8 Pro Air and Honor Magic 8 RSR started yesterday. The flagship model features the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a body made from microcrystalline nano-ceramic, a 7200 mAh battery supporting 120W wired and 80W wireless charging, a top-tier camera with sensors at 50, 50, and 200 MP, IP69K protection, and satellite communication capabilities.
Honor Magic 8 Pro Air, with its slim design (only 6.1 mm thickness), combines a camera with sensors of 50, 50, and 64 MP, a 5500 mAh battery, and a 6.31-inch display. Its hardware platform is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC.
