Honor MagicPad 4 Teased with 165Hz Display and Ultra-Slim Design Ahead of MWC 2026

Honor is preparing to launch its new flagship tablet, the MagicPad 4, and has released a series of promotional images revealing its key specifications. The device is poised to make a significant impact on the premium tablet market with a large, high-refresh-rate screen, a top-tier processor, and an impressively slim build, with a full debut expected at MWC 2026.

High-End Display and Performance

The new Honor MagicPad 4 will feature a large 12.4-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate. This combination promises an exceptionally smooth and responsive user experience, ideal for high-end gaming, fluid scrolling, and multimedia consumption. Powering the tablet will be a processor from the Snapdragon 8 Gen series. Given the 2026 launch window, it is widely expected to be the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, placing the MagicPad 4 among the most powerful Android tablets available and capable of handling intensive applications and multitasking with ease.

Impressive Battery in an Ultra-Slim Body

One of the most notable engineering feats of the MagicPad 4 is its design. The tablet will house a substantial battery with a capacity of at least 10,000 mAh, ensuring extended usage times. Remarkably, Honor has managed to fit this large battery into a chassis that is less than 5 mm thick. This would make it one of the thinnest tablets in its category, especially for a device with such a large battery.

Market Position and Future Outlook

With these specifications, the Honor MagicPad 4 is positioned to compete directly with other high-end tablets like Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S series. The company appears to be aiming for a global launch, with promotions already appearing in the UK, suggesting an imminent release. While other details remain under wraps, the device is also expected to support accessories like a detachable keyboard. The full unveiling is anticipated at MWC 2026 in Barcelona, where final specifications, pricing, and availability will be confirmed.
