Gigabyte Unveils Its Motherboard Marvel: The X870E Aorus Xtreme X3D AI TOP

The company Gigabyte has announced the launch of its flagship motherboard, the X870E Aorus Xtreme X3D AI TOP, which was initially introduced back in October. Interestingly, the company has yet to disclose the price. However, the board has appeared on the official website, allowing us to glean some details from there. For instance, it is now known that the power subsystem boasts 28 phases. Additionally, it’s known that the board features five SSD slots, three of which are PCIe 5.0. Enthusiasts will be interested to note that PCIe 5.0, with its double bandwidth compared to its predecessor, is becoming increasingly essential for high-performance builds.

The rear panel provides an extensive port selection, catering to advanced users seeking maximum connectivity options.

The unique cooling systems for RAM and one of the SSDs have been discussed before, with the memory modules being enclosed in a shroud containing a dedicated fan. This approach highlights trends in motherboard technology where advanced cooling solutions are crucial for maintaining optimal performance under heavy workloads.

It was also previously reported that the package comes with a thermal mug and a corkscrew-knife, adding a touch of utility flair.

Gigabyte’s decision to omit immediate price information might suggest a strategic marketing approach. Such tactics can generate buzz and anticipation, especially among tech enthusiasts and potential customers awaiting comprehensive reviews and benchmarks of this powerhouse motherboard.
