In China today, the Geely Galaxy Starship 7 EM-i 2026 model year crossover was officially unveiled, with prices simultaneously announced. The car is offered in four trims priced from 95,800 to 123,800 yuan ($15,000-$19,500). In Russia, the Geely Galaxy Starship 7 EM-i is sold under the name Geely EX5 EM-i, and the price starts at $34,300.

The key novelty of the 2026 model is the increased capacity of the traction battery, which has increased the electric-only range from 55 to 130 km (81 miles). The powertrain is based on a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with 111 hp, and the sole electric motor outputs 218 hp. The car accelerates to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.56 seconds, with an average consumption of 3.75 l/100 km, and a maximum range of 1,420 km (882 miles).

The dimensions of the crossover are 4740 x 1905 x 1685 mm (15.55 x 6.25 x 5.53 feet), with a wheelbase of 2755 mm (9.04 feet). The cabin features a fully digital instrument panel, a media system with a 15.4-inch display running Flyme Auto, seats with a 14-point massager, an audio system Flyme Sound with 16 speakers, a panoramic roof with improved sound insulation, heated and ventilated front seats, and heating for the rear seat and steering wheel. Also new is the Thousand Miles H3 autonomous driving system, which is based on Geely’s proprietary SoC Dragon Eagle One. The car is now equipped with ‘blue lights’ to indicate when the autopilot system is active.
