Chinese Market Unveils Sleek GeForce RTX 50 GPUs with AI in Mind

New GeForce RTX 50 graphics cards featuring ‘turbine’ designs have hit the Chinese market. Surprisingly, these include not only the high-end models but also the mid-tier ones. Models such as the RTX 5090 have already been seen on Chinese platforms, and now, with suitable cooling systems, models including the RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and even the RTX 5060 Ti have appeared. It should be noted that these are not cards from well-known graphics card manufacturers, as used to be the case with high-end GeForce models. These adapters are created by local productions, meaning they buy standard cards and fit them with different coolers on their own. As before, the aim of this modification is to make the cards thinner. The adapters only take up two expansion slots, making it possible to fit more cards into a single chassis. This is currently essential for AI developers.

Given the trend of AI integration, the market for these GPUs is expanding, fueled by their thinner profiles and efficient cooling systems, which are crucial for maximizing data center deployments. The RTX 5060 Ti, with its 16 GB memory in the senior version, might be interesting for certain scenarios. However, the RTX 5070, with 12 GB, seemingly no longer holds interest. Regarding pricing, they are as follows: RTX 5060 Ti 16GB – $575, RTX 5070 Ti – $1105, RTX 5080 – $1290, RTX 5090D V2 – $3440, RTX 5090D – $3870, RTX 5090 – $4155.
