Chery’s Arrizo 8 PRO 400T: A Fast Race to the Future

Chery has prepared an extensive bonus program: early buyers, in addition to the 15,000 CNY discount, are offered a free Racing Kit sport pack, 36 months of interest-free credit, a trade-in bonus of up to 5,000 CNY, a lifetime warranty for the first owners, and three years of free internet traffic. The exterior of the new model stands out with its free sports package: a rear spoiler, a front splitter, and signature five-spoke wheels. The Arrizo 8 PRO 400T is fitted with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine producing 261 hp, paired with a seven-speed “robot” gearbox. Acceleration from 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) takes 6.6 seconds. The suspension features McPherson struts at the front and a multi-link design at the rear, and the braking distance from 100 km/h (62 mph) is 36 meters (118 feet). The car’s dimensions are 4812×1843×1469 mm, with a wheelbase of 2790 mm, and fuel consumption is 6.8 liters per 100 km. These specifications place Chery in direct competition with the performance of more established Western brands.

Also unveiled today was the executive sedan Voyah Passion L, which is expected in Russia in 2026, and the brand-new Kia Seltos. In a rapidly evolving automotive landscape, Chery continues to innovate, focusing on integrating smart features and expanding market presence.
