Chery has unveiled the updated versions of the Jetour Traveller and Traveller C-DM for the 2026 model year. The base petrol Traveller starts at 124,900 yuan ($17,500), the hybrid C-DM at 152,900 yuan ($21,500), while the top modification begins at 209,900 yuan ($29,500). The standard lineup offers two turbo engines: a 1.5-liter with 135 kW and a 2.0-liter with 187 kW, operating with a 7-speed DCT or an 8-speed automatic in the senior version.
The hybrid Traveller C-DM uses a 1.5-liter internal combustion engine (115 kW) combined with two or three electric motors, delivering up to 340 kW and 700 Nm. Hybrids are equipped with a 3-speed DHT transmission and optional XWD all-wheel drive system, enhancing efficiency and driving experience. Batteries ranging from 27.2 to 43.24 kWh provide 129–212 km (80–132 miles) of electric range according to the CLTC cycle.
The design retains its angular silhouette, with a slightly redesigned grille, optional 20-inch wheels, matte ‘road-grey’ color for the hybrid C-DM, a side-opening boot door, and newly styled rear lights.
The interior features a single-chip Qualcomm 8255, improved finish, new seating, and a suite of amenities ranging from a boot closer to automatic climate control. Additionally, the hybrid is fitted with a roof rack, dash cam, VTOL station for powering external devices with 6.6 kW, and integrated karaoke.
