The well-known insider Ice Universe has published live photos of the new Realme Neo 8 and its details.

The device will feature a large 6.78-inch flat screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 165 Hz, made from Samsung’s flagship M14 luminescent material. The smartphone will be available in Cyber Purple, Mecha Gray, and Origin White colors.


Security will be ensured by an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded in the display, and the operating system will be Android 16 with the Realme UI 7. The phone will be built on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and will receive 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 flash memory.


The Realme Neo 8 will come with an 8000 mAh battery with 80 W fast charging, a 16 MP front camera, and a triple main camera: 50 MP with OIS, 8 MP ultra-wide, and 50 MP periscope for 120x zoom. Other features include dual speakers, an infrared transmitter, NFC, dust and water resistance IP68/69, a thickness of 8.3 mm, and a weight of 215 grams. The company has confirmed that the Neo 8 will be presented in China on January 22.
