The device is expected to be available in various memory configurations including 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 256 GB, 16 GB + 512 GB, and a top-tier option of 16 GB + 1 TB.
Regarding color options, the device is rumored to come in shades of Relaxing Matcha, Healing White Chocolate, and Pure Cocoa. Expectations are high for the OnePlus 15T to feature a 6.31-inch OLED LTPO display at a 1.5K resolution with a 165 Hz refresh rate. This compact flagship is likely to ship with pre-installed ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
