Honor is keeping pace with other Chinese manufacturers by boosting the capacity of its batteries. According to insider Digital Chat Station, the Honor Power 2 will feature a 10,080 mAh battery with 80W charging power. This indicates a growing trend towards higher efficiency in power management. Reported specifications include a 6.79-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, promising smooth visual transitions. The peak brightness in HDR mode is 8000 nits, which enhances viewing under diverse lighting conditions. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Elite SoC.

The smartphone is expected to include a 16 MP front camera and a main camera housing multiple modules, with sensors rated at 50 MP and 5 MP. The device is framed in metal, weighing 216 grams. Digital Chat Station compared its camera block to that of the iPhone 17 Pro Max, noting a similar design, enhanced by the addition of a reddish color.
