The Kia K4 2026 sedan has officially entered the U.S. market. Vehicles are already arriving at dealerships, with prices starting from $22,190. Notably, the base version’s price increase with the new model year is just $200.
The main change in the base version is the replacement of the two-tone interior with a more refined black color scheme. The EX trim (starting at $24,390) receives a more significant upgrade: for an additional $400, buyers now receive SynTex leatherette upholstery, heated front seats, and a rear armrest as standard. The GT-Line versions have also added new options, including a heated steering wheel and the choice of a red-and-black interior.
Technically, the sedan remains unchanged. Most versions come equipped with a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 147 horsepower, paired with a CVT, accelerating the sedan to 62 mph in 9.6 seconds. For those who enjoy a dynamic drive, a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine (190 hp) with an 8-speed automatic is available, reducing acceleration time to 8 seconds.
Even the base Kia K4 2026 LX version boasts an impressive array of safety systems: adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and automatic braking are standard features. The Kia K4 is a hit in the U.S.: nearly 127,000 units have been sold over 11 months, making the model the second most popular after the Sportage crossover.
