OnePlus has officially set the debut for its Ace 6T, which will be presented in China on December 3. As the second device in the lineup, it stands as the first smartphone to be built on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Industry experts anticipate that this new processor will significantly enhance performance, offering improved energy efficiency and potentially surpassing existing benchmarks not only on AnTuTu but across various platforms.
The Ace 6T is expected to borrow features from its sibling, such as the Fengchi Gaming Core processor and a display with a 165Hz refresh rate. OnePlus claims the device can achieve a score of 3,561,559 points in AnTuTu, setting high expectations for gaming enthusiasts and tech experts alike.
The company has already revealed the color palette: “Shimmering Black,” “Flirting Green,” and “Electric Purple.” A dedicated Plus button is placed on the side for quick access to Mind Space and other tools.
The display is a 6.7-inch OLED with a 1.5K resolution, 165Hz frequency, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The primary camera features a 50-megapixel module and an 8-megapixel ultrawide, with a 32-megapixel sensor catering to selfies.
Key features include IP68/69/69K protection, a cooling system with a vapor chamber, and a battery exceeding 8000 mAh that supports 100-watt charging. In addition to these impressive features, OnePlus is positioning itself as a leader in sustainability by incorporating eco-friendly materials and practices into its production process. The device will launch with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 in China.
