BYD has unveiled official images of the new version of its Yuan UP crossover. Once a pure electric vehicle, it now boasts a hybrid variant crafted specifically for Europe.

This essentially concludes the technical details available at the moment. Chinese resource Autohome suggests the vehicle integrates a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 100 horsepower, complemented by an electric motor generating 218 horsepower. The price of the hybrid remains undisclosed.
