The hardware platform of the device is based on the Exynos 1680. It scored 1311 points in the single-core test and 4347 points in the multi-core test.
The Exynos 1680 is equipped with an 8-core processor. The primary core operates at a frequency of 2.91 GHz, four high-performance cores run at 2.6 GHz, and the efficiency cores are clocked at 1.95 GHz. The addition of an extra high-performance core, while reducing one efficiency core, distinguishes it from the Exynos 1580. These changes contribute to the enhanced performance of the new SoC.
The smartphone boasts 12 GB of RAM, similar to the Galaxy S25, and runs Android 16. The launch of the Galaxy A57 is expected in 2026.
